The Weekend at Bernie’s President The concealer isn’t fooling anyone.
Our Weekend at Bernie’s President made an unscheduled trip to a “local dentist’s office” this weekend — which absolutely defies even a shred of common sense.
As Trump’s approval numbers tank, I’m particularly compelled by new numbers concerning his health and trustworthiness. The Washington Post reports:
A growing share of Americans question Trump’s mental acuity for the position. Nearly 6 in 10 (59 percent) say he does not have the mental sharpness and a majority (55 percent) say he is not in good enough physical health to serve effectively. Both are slightly more negative than they were in the February survey and are significantly more negative than last September.
What’s more…
71 percent say he is not honest and trustworthy, nearly 67 percent say he does not carefully consider important decisions and a 54 percent majority say he is not a strong leader.
It’s really not a shock that the most dishonest president in American history — which is really saying something — has sewn nothing but mistrust.
Remember, Trump has a long history of obfuscating his medical issues, sending bizarre medical “professionals” into the press to shill for his wondrous body, and telling us the exact opposite of what we can see with our very eyes. https://ivehaditpodcast.substack.com/p/the-weekend-at-bernies-president
What president actually goes off to visit a dentist in Palm Beach? They have a full dental office in the White house.

Doctor Calls Out Trump’s Odd Medical Visit in Florida
ROUTINE CLEAN?
The off-the-books appointment came during a week when the president seemed unusually fixated on his own mental acuity.
Donald Trump, 79, made an unscheduled stop at his Florida dentist on Saturday, igniting even more speculation about his health.
Doctor and CNN commentator Jonathan Reiner pointed out on X that the White House has a dental office on site, raising questions about whether the visit, which was not on the president’s public schedule, was for an emergency. https://www.thedailybeast.com/doctor-calls-out-trumps-odd-medical-visit-in-florida/ “I just made it up as I went along.“ Back in 2015, Trump’s personal doctor gained public attention by proclaiming: “If elected, Mr. Trump, I can state unequivocally, will be the healthiest individual elected to the presidency.”
The late Harold Bornstein, who Politico called a “shaggy-haired, bespectacled gastroenterologist,” had served as Trump’s physician since the 1980s. Trump’s age — 69 at the time of the election — had been of some concern, but Dr. Bornstein maintained that Trump’s results were “only positive” and that his blood pressure and lab results were “astonishingly excellent.”
Trump, the picture of youthful vitality, immediately thereafter referred to his doctor by the wrong name. Inject it into my veins.
Eventually, the relationship between patient and doctor soured, at least in part following Dr. Bornstein’s comments about Trump’s advanced age immediately following the election.
“If something happens to him, then it happens to him. It’s like all the rest of us, no? That’s why we have a vice president and a speaker of the House and a whole line of people. They can just keep dying.” Well.
Things got worse when Dr. Bornstein accused Trump’s bodyguard of a raid of his office to steal the president’s medical records, and when the administration called it standard operating procedure, Dr. Bornstein went nuclear.
That perfect bill of health? “He dictated that whole letter,” Dr. Bornstein told CNN. “I didn’t write that letter. I just made it up as I went along.”
Since then, Trump and his health claims have only gotten more bizarre, with an assist from his many allies and media surrogates. Secretary of Health Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. — who is so invested in the health and safety of Americans that he’s made it his life’s mission to make sure as many children die of previously-eradicated diseases as possible — reported that Trump is “in incredible health. Dr. Oz looked at his medical records and said he’s got the highest testosterone level that he’s ever seen for an individual over 70 years old.”
