Take a look at my post history. Show me one post that I am pumping. If you do, I’ll eat my words. I’ve stayed very cautious on pricing. The highest I ever went was like $1.15 give or take for a sale. I have often said we are priced well below fair value which my any math, valuation, etc, gets us to .50-.80 today. 
You comment that a sake is now or never is silly. We could sell tomorrow next month next year or 5 years. Your claim is simply silly
