AMFN cannot uplist to anything... Not even the OTCMarkets QB. They have no sponsoring Market Maker. A Market Maker has not volunteered for many reasons... Among them massive paid promoting and there are certainly questions of fraud.

Doog, there are other options besides $4 per share, including Capitalization and other factors. Whatever they need, it won’t be RS and I think listing is already in the works and part of the plan. JMHO
