He can never answer you with any logical answer. If he does reply, he will with something stupid that won't be an answer. The reason is because achieving a share price of $0.01 without a reverse split while having 25,000,000,000 authorized shares is mathematically implausible.

Sure t's a strategic move for a big run, but the truth is he had no other legal move left.

Surely you are familiar with the stocks that went from trips to dimes and dollar a few years ago, many with with massive AS strucutres to boot?
For every 1-in-a-million "trips to dollars" story, there are a thousand companies that used a massive AS (Authorized Share) structure to simply dilute their way into bankruptcy.
The stocks that made those legendary runs usually had a low float or were "shell clean." FOXO is the exact opposite.
