Was the blow up even the fault of Delfin or was it the fault of the company running one pig up the rear of another pig, a procedure no longer being done. It makes me wonder if this was done on purpose to get Delfin shut down.
The CAO won’t just end after approval of the final report. It’s an ongoing thing that can take well over a year of monitoring after full operation is allowed before it is dropped.
