Calling a 25-billion share wall 'better for commons' is pure fantasy. Management authorized that jump to 25B because they are currently blocked by FINRA from their only other survival plan. Duh. The 'new CFO' just signed a 10-K admitting to Material Weaknesses and substantial doubt about survival. They aren't printing 25 billion shares for 'growth' they’re doing it because it’s the only way they can 'pay' the Senior Secured creditors who already have a mortgage on the assets.
Plan B is an exit strategy for the insiders, not a turnaround for retail. More Duh. For Ho Ho Ho Man.
