I think this says it all. The Plan and schedule seems to be in place only influenced by Regulatory interruptions. It seems all of them have been satisfied. Sure there will be new filings and Regulatory filings, however, I think the next two weeks will open the door completely. Then each new thing should move the pps. Very exciting times! JMHO
