The ITAR Starts the Process of Getting Big Lucrative Contracts. This is the only thing in the way of $50 MIL +
Defesne Contracts from the U.S Gvernment and Mexican Government....This is straight from BIEI Leadership mouth!
All we need is some patience but based off the language in the last 2 PR's it looks like we are just waiting for the ink to dry!!!

$BIEI, which is Mexican based technology along with engineers from Bulgaria, does not fall into the ITAR category, but Premier Graphene Inc. needs to get ITAR certified in order to import this very crucial next Gen Graphene material for U.S. sales to the military.
