The CEO of Datavault is Nathaniel T. Bradley and he has bad record with the SEC.

Nathaniel T. Bradley, CEO of Datavault AI Inc., was charged by the SEC in 2021 for misleading statements related to COVID-19 efforts while CTO of Parallax Health Sciences. He agreed to a settlement, including a $40,000 civil penalty and a three-year prohibition from participating in penny stock offerings

So I wouldn't be too excited about Datavault.
