Custodians and Shells. All you can do is wait. You have to admit that LLBO has more "Shareholder Value" as an OTCID ticker than it had as an Expert Market ticker.
I assume you know who George Sharp is. Take one of his custodianships, FORW, as an example. He is CEO and President, and it's Pink Limited and just went to "Grace Period, Dark or Defunct" today because he didn't file the annual statement on time last month for OTCID and now he's missed the deadline for Pink Limited. He now has a 15 day grace period or it goes back to Expert Market.
LLBO was a train wreck because of Holmes. Currier got it Active again and she's been prompt and responsible with her filings. She's doing a nice job with LLBO -- better than Sharpie is doing with FORW. Now we just have to wait and see who buys the LLBO shell.
