CNXC imho, if the Company believes that it is being dramatically undervalued by the market, then they should bring in some outside help for a strategic review and possible sale to create value for shareholders. They don't necessarily have to sell the whole enchilada, but perhaps parts of the company for generous EBITDA multiples to demonstrate this 'undervaluation' to the investing community. And as a side gig, that would also pay down some of their big arse debt.

CNXC

Brought back 43 million in common stock in q1, they have brought about 186-187 million in stock over the last 12 months, at current prices that is waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay more than 6 million shares at current prices. So this idea that they are not actively buying back shares is simply not true in my opinion. Now whether the company does it directly or simply just continue to buy shares on the open market the end result is they will probably eat those shares say over the next 9 months at the latest. All is just my opinion, and I could always be wrong though.
