Yes, good earnings. And they filed at least.

The part that stands out to me is where they mention the 200,000 acres they planted (can't copy/paste)
Apparently the asset swap is not a given anymore.
They have been struggling with that one for years. Probably a decade or more. Not easy to reverse or settle.
And the assets are still off-balance sheet.
