I don't share trades often, because I don't want the competition selling the options. But this one is long-term, and I share in case others are interested in a pretty cool way to play UAMY.  Not financial advise. Just sharing MY response to today's opportunity.  Here's another play on UAMY. As of 4 minutes ago. This is per $10,000 you might wish to invest. Buy 1,500 UAMY at $9.85. Sell January 2027 $10 calls. For $3.62 per share!! That's the key.  Huge premium. Leaves you in it at $6.23 per share. Total cost $9,345. Only 2 things happen come January.  Either the stock is above $10 or below $10 per share.  If above, and it is $9.85 now after dropping from over $11 this morning on a large sale, so good chance. You are forced to sell at $10. Selling 1500 shares is $15,000. On your $9,345 invested, that is a gain of $5,655. Also known as 60.51% on your $9,345 investment!  You make 60% in 8 months. And the stock just needs to be FLAT to do that.  Other alternative? If the stock is below $10.  You KEEP the option premium, and own the stock at $6.23. And can write another option at that time.  So - either you make 60.51% in 8 months or own this stock at what i consider to be a VERY good price. I like both alternatives. If the stock goes down 40%, you are at about breakeven, and don't make profit, but can write again. If the stock is lower than $6.23, then you can be down too, but I guess my bullishness that the stock won't be below $6.23 next year is what makes me think this is a good bet. So I did a bunch of 1,500 share orders this morning.  Added more shares.  :-)  just passing along what "I" did today and why.  Look at it and decide for your portfolio.  Again - not investment advise. Just sharing a strategy that works for ME.
