PHMSA has a 90 Day cure response. Event occurred on Feb. 3rd and PHMSA restriction with Corrective Action Order (CAO) Letter went out Feb. 6th and a website date of Feb. 10th. So 90 Days from say Feb. 10th puts us at May 11th with a subsequent perhaps 2 week delayed response from PHMSA puts us at end of May - 1st week of June … say some prayers as you can bet YSLA I am praying too!! GLTA!!
