I thought it was the control block, but I'm not going to pretend I know a lot on how these reverse mergers work. LOL

The fact the company is surrendering the series B shares is still very positive and shows the seriousness of what's taking place behind the scenes. I am hopeful that we hear something soon

I wish management would do a better job of communicating with their shareholders. So we wouldn't have to constantly guess what's going on behind the scenes.

¸thats how i see this as well, that way the shell might be easier to sell/negotiate a deal.
