One can easily find him ( Joesph Passalaqua) in OTC records and I posted in the past many times his past which goes back to his beginning days of car dealer ownerships over twenty years ago. In this case with DUTV , EZES he has given MG much leeway while attempting to make this fly. If one really knows how to read disclosures they can see how much in debt EZES still is to JP and his tangent company names.
