#8742 RE: newflow #8733

"Approximate math Ps around $2050, Ks around $57 and Qs around $11."

Shouldn't the payout ratios be the same as they were when we emerged as WMIH?

Commons, WAMUQ = 1 old share = 0.03349842 new shares - WMIH ticker, commons

Preferreds, WAMKQ {called Series K below} = 1 old share = 0.4950146 new shares - WMIH ticker, commons

Preferreds, WAMPQ {Called Series R below} = 1 old share = 19.80058 new shares - WMIH ticker, commons

1P was equal to 590 U's. So if P equals $2050, a U would be $2050/590 = $3.47.

Why would the ratio change?

imo
