I never said he was, just that the issuance of the 150 million of his was well outside the range of whats required by the form. Indisputable, he definitely holds a large chunck of shares, matters in this discussion, and it would make sense him being on it. Still by the parameters described in the form, he doesn't hold 5%. It'd be up to his status (officer, insider, etc) whether he is on the list. I won't debate semantics on what significance he holds within the company's structure or how said company incorporates him for you apparently know him.
Why were neither Dan or Tony mentioned in 2024 year review other than Dan's option execution in Feb 2022? Am I to assume no one caught the mistake or cared to point it out? Lord knows certain people would love to insinuate Tony isn't a legit shareholder.
