Way too much credit.  I can prove years of lying to individual shareholders ad nauseum.
He was known to OTC prior to this debacle and scammed everyone.  
He would routinely initiate communication with me and try to pump me to buy more shares.  
He should be in jail for what he has done here because plenty of it is prove-ably illegal.
