S-K 1300 did not exist in 2007. It’s modern framework. 


Prior, mining companies were still reporting under the SEC’s old system called Industry Guide 7, which was much more restrictive and less standardized. 
MineralRite has said they’re not using old reports. They’re using current “gold standard” report for the SEC
