That organization is in place to protect the people who they know run scam stocks to launder money for the deep state. It was proven that the OTC was used for that purpose in the Church hearings many decades ago.. Supposedly it stopped but like everything else we've found out in the last 10 years, it didn't. The whole system is a big scam meant to remove money from our pockets into the pockets of the ruling class. Wait till programmable money takes the place of cash. It's coming and is part of why there's such a big need for all these data centers being built. The data centers are part of the track and trace control grid that will monitor everything we citizens do with Ai powered surveillance software. They're basically the 21st century contemporary version of the elevated guard shacks used in the concentration camps of Nazi era Europe. Of course they're being posed as for our safety but they're really for the safety of the ruling class . But I digress.
