Because these things take time. Still lots of I's to be dotted and T's to be crossed before $RITE really gets rolling. If we get positive results from preliminary borings we will certainly see a bump up in trading range, but real action won't/can't happen until findings are conclusive and proper disclosure forms are filed with SEC, and my guess is fall/winter at best for that, perhaps even longer.
