I've seen so many small companies fumble launches. I know our return here would be relatively minuscule under this scenario, but I would prefer the BO before approval/launch.
Tell me how much you are paying Fresenius and DaVita to store and hand out free OLC ? Whats in it for them ? ...Thats mainly what they are concerned with . Then convince the MD's this will not be another Korsuva repeat ...ie patients start on the anti itching med and really appreciate the improvement in quality of life ...then the drug is made unaffordable as TDAPA ends , Fresneius and DaVita stop carrying it ...patients vent their frustration at their MD's.
