Thanks for posting Kiwi. Good to know that the chances are at least 50/50 but sound even a bit better. Of course depending on legislation has proven itself to be a fool's errand lately. However, not sure about others, but I am hoping we are BO long before the need for the 3rd year under TDAPA.
