It seems like that’s the case, nothing surprising in the letter. Plus 5th circuit of appeal lawsuit has finished and we are now waiting a decision. I highly doubt, it being the most conservative court, it will be a problem. Second quarter of 2026 has been reported by many, all we do now is wait.

As a modular project consisting of three separate FLNGVs, Delfin has the ability and
long-standing plan to develop its FLNGVs sequentially. Delfin is on-track for FID on its first
FLNGV during the second quarter of 2026, with FID for the second FLNGV expected to follow
later in 2026. With that expectation, Delfin expects to start commercial operations of its first
FLNGV in the first half of 2031.
