He doesn't need to buy anymore shares; he can just issue himself new 'made up" shares from the Authorized Shares that the silly shareholders approved !!!!!!!!!!!

I think there are about 300+ Million still available in the Authorized ............

Dilution means nothing to the one shareholder who receives the diluted shares,
