Brent Nelson (AMFN) has been touting a path to 100MW commercialization, implying access to Texas infrastructure. On March 17, 2026, a different OTC company, 1606 Corp. (CBDW), announced they had executed a Purchase and Sale Agreement (PSA) for a 132-acre property in Lufkin, Texas. (could their be 2 😏 The CBDW Deal consisted of $11.2 Million ($7M cash + assumption of a $4.2M lien). Closing targeted for April 15, 2026 (next week). Included 132 acres + a 50,000 sq. ft. warehouse and existing power generation equipment.
