The fact that $AMFN is now supposedly operating as a Southlake Company but have no local industrial permits is potentially strong evidence of Operational Misrepresentation. Thus raising the question if they don't have a permit to run a prototype in Southlake, and they haven't broken ground in Lufkin, how can they realistically claim a 100MW Commercial Unit by December 2026?🤔

Next we'll look into Lufkin, Texas property records to see if that 132-acre acquisition has actually closed.🙄 My research into the 132-acre property in Lufkin, Texas, has uncovered a major discrepancy. Brent Nelson (AMFN) has been touting a path to 100MW commercialization, implying access to Texas infrastructure. On March 17, 2026, a different OTC company, 1606 Corp. (CBDW), announced they had executed a Purchase and Sale Agreement (PSA) for a 132-acre property in Lufkin, Texas. (could their be 2 😏 The CBDW Deal consisted of $11.2 Million ($7M cash + assumption of a $4.2M lien). Closing targeted for April 15, 2026 (next week). Included 132 acres + a 50,000 sq. ft. warehouse and existing power generation equipment.
