A company such as BKTH must start its patent strategy somewhere, often by filing first in the United States. That initial U.S. filing can serve as a priority application and technical foundation for later filings in other countries (e.g., via PCT), which are then handled by local patent offices and foreign counsel. The process is about organizing and preserving future rights, not obtaining permission to operate.

That's right!
This company doesn't post fluff, it just posts stuff. And it never comes to fruition. And now it's way over there in that country somewhere, things are happening, I swear they are. Bob has probably fizzled out on this already and now they got so and so picking up the chain. Ain't nothing happening here. Just more BS.
