Different ticker than the old original BBBY that was the subject of this Board and had its shares cancelled and extinguished in the Bankruptcy. The new BBBY is the old Overstock which bought all of the assets of value in the BK auction, including the IP, which included the trade name, stock ticker symbol and branding. After a time, Overstock exercised its rights to the IP, changed its name to Bed Bath & Beyond, and changed its ticker symbol to BBBY.
