Thank you for the post. It is interesting that he mentioned the building last call. It felt like it came out of nowhere given that we just moved into a new building a year or so ago. I always feel like Nasrat throws in random comments that are actually insight into where we are going.

I didn’t interpret Nasrat’s comments as a separate building, but rather one they already have. Didn’t they move their entire operating facility into the new building , but they still own the old one and likely use it for some storage and administrative purposes? This is the building I understood that he was speaking of that Elite owns and has control over. Any other parcel is hypothetical since we aren’t the owners and takes into consideration too many unknowns.
