They denied the motion to dismiss from elite and the motion to extend the stay from Purdue . The trial continues with the outstanding components that were mot already addressed.
It looks like to me the courts want to get this over with if they cut it off too soon then it leaves room for Purdue to challenge why it was cut off. I believe this is coming to a conclusion sometime pretty soon😎 and I think for sure within Elite‘s favor. 😎
