IV. CONCLUSION
For the foregoing reasons, we AFFIRM the judgment of the district court
dismissing the federal claims. Having resolved the main appeal in Defendants’
favor, we dismiss UBS’s cross-appeal as moot. See Weiss v. Nat'l Westminster Bank,
PLC., 993 F.3d 144, 158–59 (2d Cir. 2021).
