The EC referenced the Liquidation Trust during Plan 6 hearings.

EC requested control over the Liquidation Trust, which was granted. Therefore the Liquidation Trust was established and funded.

Then came the WMI-LT with Plan 7 to address the Creditors.

The far right hand side of the February MOR (12/22) is for Plan 7.
Just read the heading of the columns.


AI has no idea of Plan 6LT because it was never discussed.


Plan 6 LT was a surprise to me until someone posted the transcript of the hearing.
