He only addressed P&K to a non satisfied resolution.

How does he explain how TPS claims are to be satisfied.

He has not solved Absolute Priority Rule.


My Retained Earnings explanation resolves all Class 19 claims with a bonus and resolves Absolute Priority Rules of BK law.
