I will say that if the deal doesn't go through, they'll miss out on the single best opportunity in their history. Furthermore, they're won't be a second shot on this being a viable instrument. The pieces are in place however Sim Agro negotiating need to be finalized. Without that in place, best they can hope for is a white night or asset flip. Sim Agro holds the leverage and essential key to execution. Should be a reverse merger here. Ceo is obviously wanting his win win buyout or due rewards in the synergistic arrangement.
