That is for sure.

1J NASDAQ companies do more rs than the otc companies. There is no price requirement to stay on the OTC.
When NASDAQ stocks fall below a certain price threshold they have to do a reverse stock split if they can’t get the price up. The short sellers and debt holders run down NASDAQ stocks too.

OS that's so true. The OTC was meant to be a proving ground for companies that were already in business doing extremely well and decided to grow to a larger scale. And after they could prove their success, then they could move up to another TIER such as Nasdaq. I really think it is the Nasdaqs fault more than the OTC. If OTC companies knew That they could Not be involved in any R/S splits to get on the Nasdaq then most OTC companies that want on the Nasdaq would find a proper way to do it, And the Nasdaq NEEDS TO RESEARCH THAT COMPANY to make Sure that they have taken Care of their Shareholders FIRST as an Honest company should. The one very thing that bothers me you mentioned, was one of the reasons I bought AFFU. NO R/S, And Why would a company with a NO R/S and LOW share structure company At That Time 790 million at that time want destroyed,???
