Yeah I am the same way. I stopped trading OTC regularly as it's a waste of time. Same old pumper dumpers, same result. The rule changes were ok conceptually but there aren't enough real companies out there to make it work. Maybe it will come back one day, I am not sure.
Yes me too, but why do they get this Nasdaq Stuff in their Heads. These Pres, CEOs will kill everything, anything, everybody, Only to Say they made it to the NasDaq before they destroy The company by not staying in compliance. NasDaq should NOT allow any OTC company onto their TIER if they have had a RS within the past 10 years and should not be allowed to do any RS to get onto or stay listed onto the NasDaq. JMOO
