Exactly trader59. It’s doesn’t matter actually the price doesn’t have to trade there permanently but it might if they sit on their hands and dilute like last time
to your point about not paying attention to the RS development, i think it's more likely they thought they just 4x-ed the last pre-RS price and sold, thinking they made big bucks.
