I am glad the I signed my timely releases back in 2012... It was a good decision for me because I don't have the $$$ to fight this by myself... I will let the process move and hopefully get the benefits of my investment many years ago...

There is no "Waiting Period" because the "Reconciliation" happened before the Bar Date, not after. The Bar Date was simply the "Statute of Limitations" needed to legally protect the payout from being sued later.
