The $Technical $Reality $Check (please try to refute)
1) The Scalability Paradox:
On March 10, Nelson told AMFN investors that a 100MW fusion unit (enough to power 75,000 homes) would be grid-ready by late 2026.
On March 12, he told ECOX investors that the 10,000 bpd GTL plants would be "long-term cash-generating assets."
2) Physics vs. Press Releases:In the global energy sector, NOprivate fusion company (even those with billions in funding like Helion or Commonwealth Fusion) has a 100MW commercial unit "in construction" for 2026. Similarly, NOGTL provider has a modular 10,000 bpd plant.
3) The Infrastructure Gap: To support the 100MW fusion claim, AMFN would need massive utility-scale interconnection agreements that do not currently appear in any North Texas regulatory filings.
