CY*BL got tagged as Caveat Emptor in 2023 when they failed to disclose a critical information like RNWF.

I guess there are 3 possibilities:

1. FINRA is incompetent and/or stupid. They must know the history of RNWF and Costello, but yet approved the name/symbol change.
2. FINRA is complicit and part of the 'scam'.
3. RNWF / AMFN is legit. A real company with something being developed. Thus FINRA looked into it, to some extent, and approved their name and symbol change.

I believe #3. Where do you stand?

If you know it why wouldn't finra? IF YOU HAVE INFO THAT THEY DO NOT HAVE, WHY DON'T YOU SEND IT TO THEM.
