New IR lights have appeared. One appears to be coming from property 11175. One seems to be coming from property 11263 around the entry to the property but away from the house which is further back; this is the property where I believe the person that likes to trespass on my property/cut wires is living. The third light looks like its coming from a part of my property to the North that is currently unused. Either that or its coming from the road from behind trees. Goats camera is to monitor the goats obviously but also an attempt to catch this person sneaking onto the property which would be why theres IR lights aimed at it.

The third image shows where IR lights used to be on the shed on property 11072 as mentioned in a previous post. They took down the cameras or lights after i put this camera up. If you recall, one of the lights was pointed directly at my Entry Gate Camera.
The arrow on the lower section of the picture indicates where I saw tracks after my fiber optic lines were damaged. The person would cross over the fence behind this tree next to the water tank and squeeze between it and the goat pen just to the right of the image.

The points where the red boxed light sources are coming from are unoccupied areas. Not to be confused with distant lights emanating from other occupied properties...like someones house as seen in image 1 to the right side.

Whats the purpose of aiming IR lights at my cameras?

Infrared (IR) lights aimed directly at security cameras
can effectively blind them at night by overloading their sensors, causing a "whiteout" glare that hides faces and details while remaining invisible to the human eye. This technique exploits the camera's night vision mode, which, while effective for illumination, can be defeated by a stronger, direct infrared source.

Blinding Mechanism: An external, strong IR illuminator directed at a camera creates intense glare, preventing the camera from recording usable footage.
Camera Sensitivity: Many security cameras are highly sensitive to 850nm IR light, making them vulnerable to such disruption.
Detection Risks: While the IR light is invisible to humans, the resulting glare might trigger motion-based recording or tamper detection systems on the camera

Legal Consideration: Using such devices to disrupt cameras might be illegal depending on local laws regarding surveillance and tampering

Continuation of laying out evidence of the harassment my family and I have experienced due to this conspiracy.
Since the photo of the unknown gentleman standing at the entrance of an unoccupied trailer, property 11175 has been going through some changes including inside the trailer. If there was illegal surveillance equipment inside there, definitely not now. However this is not the point of this post. The point is to show one of the access points to/from my property from property11175. Not just that but that this access point is perpendicular to that properties trailer. Like from property 11220, they use a tree (seen in image 1) to help cloak their movements. In the second photo, you can see a direct path to the aforementioned trailer.
