Solar...I do not see the word "Renewable" in your company's name either, which is what initially led me to believe you had the wrong people. Your link says "Siam Energy Group", not "Siam Renewable Energy Group".

Solar.. thanx for your attempts at discovery. We (meaning the board here) had looked at Siam Energy Group weeks ago as a possible contender for the group ACMG has discussed. However, I think due to a number of factors, it is not. Remember that the group ACMG mentions is a "consortium" of business investors, probably meaning a coalition of a number of companies or individuals. I suspect that the name "Siam Renewable Energy Group, Ltd", is the name adopted by this group of companies or individuals expressly for the purpose of this venture. This preserves a level of privacy for them, while allowing Alcar to give disclosure for the purpose of transparency for stockholders and potential stockholders. I suspect this is why we find no information on this group under this name. BTW if I am correct, I imagine this was the best comprimise Alex could reach with them in order to provide an informational press release.
Again, purely my own speculation and opinion, not hard fact. You may be right, but I have my reservations.

Jersey, I'd be curious to know if you might agree with the speculation of my post #7114? If this is true, it would remove a lot of mystery surrounding the name, and why no info can be found. Then, of course, the question becomes "who are the players that make up this coalition?" That is far better, though, than people suspecting fraud simply because they can't Google the name.
