Yup. PSRU also has a BELR note for $500k tied to the Sumer Technologies asset exchange. BELR owes PSRU and I believe that note can be converted into BELR shares now. The mining thing went away and that was likely what BELR announced in reducing debt by $10+ mil. BELR owed PSRU for the liking stake.
