This is a Pure Play for what it IS! At this point in time, it's a Very expensive Pipe Dream.
Be it all together a real & working Pipe dream.
For now, the Very best that could happen is for the US Gov. or a major petro producer/
Supplier lays claim to Pulsar in one aggressive form or another.
On their own, as they are currently, it will be years before selling a product.
Along with the lengthy time element, there is to be expected stock dilution of a magnitude
far greater than has been taken to date. I expect on the order of 50-1 or more, so for every
1000 shares you own today, @ expect to be holding 20, Aw, Be it at a higher price point.
