This is simply a distraction to cover for this ticker about to lose it's OTCQB status. Don't forget.....denny said that he would only do a RS inorder to upgrade to a higher market. Unfortunately for the penny marks, they thought that meant NASDAQ and not OTCQB. Now...even the OTCQB status is threatened.
