IMHO after all of this time, NOT RELEASING SUCH INFORMATION TO ALL INVOLVED would be catastrophic in nature and we would have a legal MORASS on our hands for the next 20 yrs

You still had proof of the ESC holdings in your account till February 2022.
Some brokers only preserve statements for approx 7 years.

Hi ItsMyOption, Thanks for your Input ...When you state the below, are you saying that your Brokerage Statement specifically showed that our Wamu Escrow information was sent to the Delaware Trust Corp?

- What I did is also make a copy of March 2012 statement which was the day all broker companies removed all our holding such as 9393ESC84 THE K’S, 9393ESC84 THE P’S AND 939ESC968 THE COMMONS from our accounts and recorded them to DTC- Delaware Trust Corporation .
