We should not get so 'worried' about the 'Filing' of the Claim....

As we signed to 'Ratify' the GSE and gave our "Releases". we (Equity holders of various Flavors of WaMu) automatically 'Filed' the Claim through our Brokerages, at the time we signed our 'Releases'...
