Q: Please explain why the Company says it has not committed to Phase 2 of the Skull Valley project?
A: There are two points to consider:
1. The Company is a reporting company now so everything we say has to be reviewed and approved by securities counsel.
2. Is it not reasonable (and obvious) that the BOD cannot commit to doing phase 2 until they have the results of phase 1?
As a reporting company, RITE must exercise a high degree of care in how it communicates about future plans or potential activities. Public statements must be carefully reviewed to ensure they are accurate, appropriately qualified, and consistent with applicable securities disclosure requirements.
