Feruary was a "sure thing" until it wasn't.

March or April IS a sure thing. Iran will keep going, but Trump will need some win on the home-front with gas prices going up (maybe a lot)

All he has to do is sign a piece of paper pluss he could do a whole party thing on the release to get peoples mind of the e files and Iran war. This could actually be a great time to release F and F. Get people to rush and invest in F and F and forget about the other things going on.

i do not believe fannie freddie release is tied in any ways to current events. i would not waste time on it. don't make it more political than already it is. focus on what pulte, bessent, lutnick, trump have said publicly on gse. the record shows they follow through it. the delay could be due to interest rates, court cases but it will happen. $3000/share. focus on educating them on how mom and pop's retirement has been decimated , not that they don't know but to make sure alzheimer has not kicked in :-)
